We’ll provide the layouts, drawings, selections, sourcing, procurement, organization, and communication with the contractor—keeping your project on track for its entirety. You get peace of mind and, in the end, an exceptional result.
Full-service design fee pricing is based on your project scope, complexity, investment budget and timeline that we’ll discuss in advance. A Discovery Consultation fee of $495 starts this process, so we can define the Scope of Work for your job and send you a Project Proposal. This $495 is applied back to projects that move forward into design.

Discovery Consultations are one-time meetings that take place in your home. In this meeting we discuss your project, questions, and define appropriate next steps for you to take.
We’ll discuss the services we think are needed and follow up by sending a customized Design Proposal so you can make a decision that suits your needs.
All Full Service Design projects start with a Discovery Call and an In-home Discovery Consultation.

DISCOVERY CONSULTATION | $495
All Initial Discovery Consultations are charged at this base fee. If you choose to continue with a customized follow-up full service proposal, this fee is deducted from the design fee total. Customized full service proposals depend on your project’s Scope of Work and level of involvement.
KITCHEN OR BATH FINISHES CONSULTATION | $1000
Additional design support is available at an hourly rate, subject to availability.
PROJECT GUIDANCE CONSULTATION | $2500
Three Individual Meetings are included:
- Discovery Consultation—Review any architectural plans you’ve had drawn, talk through how they may affect your furniture layouts, window treatments, and traffic flows and give feedback prior to work starting.
- Product Selection Consultation—Review a list of everything that needs selecting, make decisions from selections you’ve gathered, point you toward other resources if needed, and answer any questions you have about products you’re trying to make decisions between.
- On-site Construction Consultation—One on site meeting with you and your contractor to discuss/troubleshoot with you and your trades during a critical point in your project. Often, an unforeseen issue or question arises during construction that needs a decision. Having this meeting in your back pocket is your way of accessing a professional designer when you need it most.
