OWNER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Meg grew up in a historic home in a Chicago suburb. Her mom ran a small antiques business. Her dad could fix anything. She grew up among equal parts artistry and practicality at home. Together, she and her dad collected pennies—objects so ordinary, yet so full of history—they taught her to notice details many people overlook.

After 19 years as a writer and creative director in advertising and product development, Meg was at a crossroads—to continue life as she knew it or to pursue a lifelong dream.

She decided to pivot, returning to school for two more degrees in interior design and kitchen & bath. That journey became Circa Interior Design—a studio devoted to crafting spaces that honor both the story of the home and the story of the people who live in it.

Circa Interior Design was born from a story of legacy—one rooted in family, craftsmanship, and the belief that the spaces we live in shape the lives we get to experience.

Meg’s work blends the refinement of professional design with the warmth of someone who genuinely sees her clients. As an award-winning designer—ASID Allied and certified through the National Kitchen & Bath Association—Meg brings a rare combination of creativity, technical expertise, and architectural understanding to projects.

Her specialization in remodels and kitchens & bath–two of the more demanding areas of the industry–allows her to reimagine complex layouts with clarity while preserving the character of a home. She’s also equally skilled in finishing and furnishing–creating spaces that are cohesive from floor plan to photo shoot.
